Rules

By joining the FrAg-RaTe Community, using the forums, Teamspeak3 & Game servers, you have agreed to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Those who violate our rules unless given evidence to support a false claim for the first time will be kicked off our servers as a warning, repetition of an offense within the community will result in a ban.

Repeating violators will be permanently banned after the 3rd offence.

Harassing anyone in any way or form is NOT acceptable, and will result in a ban unless given evidence to appeal against this.

In this way our Network and community will continue to be friendly as a whole towards all gamers and be enjoyable and fun to be apart of.

Donation rules:

All donations are complimentary, we will NOT ask you under any circumstance to donate. All donations go towards the our community servers, custom scripts and much more to allow our player community to stay online, fun and safe to play! When donating to us you must understand the Terms and Conditions of donating before you even think about submitting a donation.

All donations to the server are FINAL and are NON-Refundable.

Any PayPal disputes or claims made when making the donation will result in an account ban until the dispute is resolved.

Donations will NOT allow any perks or extras in-game, teamspeak or throughout the community as we believe no players should have a greater advantage than others.

Rules of the servers include:

1. No cheating, glitching, using exploits or scripts that may affect or alter the game in anyway or any other source of WEAK game play. Anyone caught doing so will be permanently removed from the server and community completely, anyone caught doing so will be acted against.

2. At any point while playing within our community do NOT team kill, RDM, VDM (Depending on the game) or abuse this in anyway. Anyone who is killed through team kill, RDM, VDM (Depending on the game) or other will result in a kick which with multiple offences will result in a ban or even permanent ban from all FrAg-RaTe Community servers.

3. Do NOT at all times use any type of profanity which includes swearing, insults, shouting or using abuse towards any members or staff within this community. Anyone who is caught doing any of the sort will be banned from the server and WILL be dealt with. Anyone who has been reported for this will be spoken to and if proven will also be dealt with. Those who provide a false claim will also be dealt with accordingly depending on the severity.

4. Be friendly to any one who joins the network or communities or is on the Teamspeaks provided and different servers. Being helpful among the network will encourage rewards and we favor people who do this.

5. Treat all community Members with respect at ALL times! Do not back chat, cheat or abuse the powers that you may have been given on the Teamspeak or servers or it will result in a kick or even potential ban from the communities and network.

6. Age is to be considered when applying to be white-listed on the servers, if you would like to be white-listed then join the interview room/channel on the Official Teamspeak servers or on the websites provided. If you apply for whitelisting through the Teamspeak you are allowed to get at least 3 answers incorrect and MUST have a clear or basic understanding of the servers and their community rules and make a detailed and explanatory approach to your interview. [You can only apply for 1 white-list at one time]

7. When becoming apart of the FrAg-RaTe Community you MUST have Teamspeak 3 installed and a working microphone at all times, we prefer you to use "Push to talk" to avoid micophone distortion or echo across each TeamSpeak channel.

8. Keep in mind that we are playing a GAME, you will get killed or experience faults and errors from time-to-time within a game or server that may affect your player in some way, as a member of the community you are not to be abusive or generate anger through this as previously stated it is a GAME.

9. When playing on the servers or joining the communities Teamspeak refrain from encouraging or doing any type of Clan recruiting or advertising, this is strictly forbidden and actions will be taken against you if you are caught, this is a gaming network NOT an advertising campaign.

10. (This section applies to Altis Life Servers only) As part of playing on the servers you will also agree to the NLR (New Life Rule) Once you die you cannot return to where you died for atleast 10 minutes, when you die you MUST act as if you're a completely different being and have no link towards your previous character before your death occured, this is a strict rule on Altis Life and anyone caught breaking this rule could end up with a kick or ban if this is a repeated offence.

11. Lastly when playing on the servers you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the community and servers and also agree to respect the administrators and members of staff at ALL times.
