With this form you can submit an appeal against any ban which you may have within the servers, all ban appeals will be looked at and you are required to submit proof if possible to backup your appeal. All appeals can be submitted within 28 days of you receiving a ban on any of our servers, any appeals submitted after the 28 day deadline date will not be looked at and any player data and information will be deleted.

 

If your ban appeal is declined you will not be eligable to re-submit the ban appeal application and please remember all decisions made by an Administrator are final and should not be questioned otherwise.

 

Lastly, anyone who abuses the ban appeal feature will also receive a further ban on the website permanently and anyone who submits a ban appeal application must agree to the Terms & Conditions of the website, community and the ban appeal conditions.
